Accessing high/low air condition valves

Hey guys i was hoping someone could give me some advice on the the best way to access the high/low valves for ac recharge. If R-134a is illegal in Canada whats the replacement?

Remove the Intercooler and you should be able to see the low pressure nipple (it has a green cap on it). You can get at it without removing the intercooler but you need to be part contortionist.
I'll have to take another look to see where the high pressure one is. If I remember correctly, just follow the a/c piping and it was fairly easy to find. It looks the same, I believe it has a blue cap.
