LHD L400 Space Gear? Is it only in a dream

Hello everyone. I am thinking about buying a L400 V6. I know that it is widely available in RHD, but I was hoping to find a LHD model. Are the LHD models hard to come by?

I was trying to find a LHD Delica L300 when I was considering purchasing one of these vans. They are out there, but they usually come from countries where these vehicles are used and abused beyond the point of being a good practical used car for purchase. What makes the Japanese market so ideal is the quality of used cars that come out of the country. I ended up buying a RHD model with 71K total on the engine. It turned out to be a fantastic vehicle that took no time getting used to. And (this is just personal) I'm left handed, so I actually prefer the RHD thing.
I know your question was about the L400 model, but I'm guessing it would be the same deal. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong here. That's happened more than once... lol

I would consider a RHD model if it was only me driving it but my wife will be using it as well and she won't drive on the right side.
Japan Partner is advertising a couple 2400c L400 that are LHD. The website also advertises LHD conversions for the L400 so I am guessing these models were converted. Are the conversion kits crap?

It’s got dual sliding Doors and a 6 speed manual transmission
Everything else is what you would expect!
