It looks mint. I wonder why he only wants to sell parts off of it?? I don't mind the RHD myself. Being left handed, I prefer to shift with my left hand. But it would be a lot less hassle dealing with insurance with this vehicle.....

I had to look twice but that Delica on Craigslist is also a dual sliding door! Rare item.
