Hi.
my transfer case bushing are rot/dry.
They will cost 230$ each to change(qty=2) so 460$.
They come with the the mounting which i dont need. I could have press them out if the rubber only was available.
I was thinking about filling them with black windshiled urethane stuff...

any idea?

From your photo it looks like you have an Automatic L300. (Please add this information to your profile, or mention it when you post- the L400 and manual L300s use different bushes, it would be a shame if you bought the wrong parts by mistake.)

The bushes in your photo look much more solid than the bushes I'm used to, is it possible they've been replaced before and are not genuine Mitsubishi?

As Lapprentis says, the lower mounts are fairly affordable from Amayama.com. For a 1991 L300 Diesel Automatic you would need part numbers MB581261 and MB581258 (https://www.amayama.com/en/part/mitsubishi/mb581261 and https://www.amayama.com/en/part/mitsubishi/mb581258 CAD$98 each).

I can't see the upper bushes in your photo, but if they're also failing there's a cheap replacement detailed in the Technical Reference library here: http://www.delica.ca/forum/viewtopic.php?f=95&t=18741
