ETACS Module

Hi I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the delica ETACS module? It's located above the fuse box under the steering wheel. I've been having weird electrical issues which I think is coming from this, but I'm not sure. This is for a S2 99 Chamonix.
The symptoms I'm experiencing is my power locks only lock but do not unlock, and certain door ajar don't seem to work anymore. Reading up on ETACS, it seems it does controls some things like door locks.
