Board Upgrade (February 6, 2008)

This morning I upgraded this board's URL-rewrite mod, which should significantly accelerate the loading of pages.
Also, the upgrade seems to have cleared up an earlier problem with the "Mark Topics Read" function (previously, I was getting pointed to non-existent pages).
If anyone encounters any hickups with this new version, please let me know!
