if it was the same dude who's Deli got smoked over by a car in flames parked NEXT to his, then that's confirm that
a.his Deli is possessed by Hitler's ghost or
b.he is Firestarter, and doesn't know it..

c.Deli had one of those leaking fuel pumps I've heard so much about...
