The second day (Saturday) we stayed on 2 campsites on both sides of Lillooet river enjoying the warm sunny day and fishing. Driving back home from Pemberton to North Van was relaxing despite highway construction as there was no crews working and there was no traffic either.
We had great time and can recommend this route for beginners to get familiar with driving on a busy winding gravel road.
