How old is your Flare?

Flares do expire after a few years or so, so likely a lot of delicas have an old flare which can be dangerous apparently.. looks like north van RCMP are disposing of them for free this sunday if you need to dispose of yours properly :

I know some importers do replace them with a fresh flare but most do not, so it might be worth checking into.
