Is it my imagination, or does it look like
these LED's may somehow be made to work on the Deli?

impossible to tell from the pictures, as we don't have full view and size.
However it'd be cool if they did.

I would think that some of those Dodge products may use the same tail-light as the Delica.

That's the secret, to find a vehicle that takes the same size. Any idea which Dodge's?

I would say it's your imagination, look at the side of the tail light, the delica is straight vertical, those ones are curved significantly... it's not gonna happen.

Yeah, would be too good to be true, they sure would look sharp if they did.

If you are looking for led tail lights, then talk to your local Lordco as they have a source of LED 1157 and 1156 that just plug in. They arn't cheap and apperently they don't have a good reputation. Good Luck.

I've bought some festoon bulbs for the dome lights from
SuperBrite LEDs... they work great and I might move on to get some of the other bulbs (turn signals, marker lights, etc).
Nice tailight assemblies though--would be great if they fit. Someone told me the heating/cooling control panel is exactly the same as a Ford/Dodge something-or-another, so it wouldn't surprise me if they 'matched/sourced' other items on this van with other vehicles. I would check Dodge because Mitsubishi has had a long-running relationship with that maker (the pickups, the Colt, etc).

Hmmm, guess I'm going to go and carry my calipers with me and every time I see a Dodge that looks close take some measurements. I may get beat up by some Alberta Redneck from Ft. McMurray in the process, but I realize that as a member of this forum I have to be preapred to sacrifice my life for the greater good of the entire community, all I ask is someone write a favourable obituary if I do make the ultimate sacrifice in the quest for the ultimate Delica tail light.
Oh BTW, kidwrecked, have a look at the other post I made about converting to LED's, in there I list the alternative source for Xenon 3W 1156 and 1157 bulbs, and all the locations they appear on the Deli, and as well, Green has made some interesting observations regarding the possible best use of the 5W Xenons. Not sure what Lordco charges, but SUperBright charged $24.00 for the 3W 1156's. In future, I would not use SUperBright again however, they were 'OK', but I previous bought LED's from AUstralia and I must say the service was better and the shipping cost was way better.

At first glance, JMK, those lights appear to have shells that are too elliptical for the Deli, but can you take the guts out of them and create: "Frankentaillights"? Could be sick.
