Wasn't sure what section to put this in, but I guess here is as good as any??

If any of you guys ever find yourself over in the UK and want to trek over to Bristol, rest assured there is a nice room, plenty of food and more tea than you could cope with....along with a Delica nutball to entertain you during your stay!

Seriously - the offer is there.....if you're in the UK and want to stay at mine for a bit, please feel free to get in contact.

If you're staying for a few days or more, I can arrange to take you out for some UK style off-roading in the Mud Monkey along with some Pajero's, Samurai's etc.... and/or take you for a tour of Bristol (very historic and a great city!) in the Mystery Machine....

It's an open offer for anyone who wants to see a bit of an insight into UK culture/living instead of the usual tourist stuff!

Just let me know?

Josh and Delicat are already provisionally booked to stay at mine (Delicat in July and Josh in December) but it's an open house all year round....and the girlfriend is used to Deli fanatics dropping in 24/7 now, so this side of things is covered! :-D

Hey thanks Bruce! Very tempting invitation for sure. England has long been at the top of my "places I would like to visit" list. Reasons include the great caving tradition and the roots of caving in Canada. Then there is all that history - Old Royal Navy stuff and Capt. Cook esp. Must be a museum or two in that vein. And, of course, to gardeners like us, Jolly old England is where it all began. The mighty Kew Gardens is the centre of the universe to us. And now your invitation to visit your Delica lair! Would love to meet you, Jed and your delicas. Maybe it'll happen! Thanks again.
