Hi there, I am hoping to do an oil change and trans. flush for my
delica 400L (diesel). Does anybody know where in edmonton,
or alternately online/ BC I can buy this stuff or other delica parts?
I am also in need of a rear wiper arm.
The repair people aren't being very cooperative and hopefully
you can shed some light on this situation.
Thanks again.

If you have a 1992 (as your avatar/id suggests), then you don't have an L400. And if you DO have an L400, then you're just a little bit ahead of your time (read: you ain't supposed to have one yet).
Does your van look like this?

- Permissible to import into Canada if month/year are 15 years or greater.

Or does your van look like this?

- Not permissible to import into Canada until January of 2009.

If your van looks like the first, we can help; if it looks like the second image, you're not going to get much help here because none of the rest of us have that van (in Canada).

Of course my van is the first pictured. I am only going on what others
have told me. I will thank you for being so
helpful, and hey I'm new to this delica thing... so please be nice.
thanks again.

The engine is very similar to what was in the diesel Dodge pickup of the late-80s early-90s, so those parts are relatively available from Mitsubishi or stores that stock Mitsu parts. As for the undercarriage, most of it is similar to a Mitsubishi Montero (late-80s model), according to the one poster here, so if you go in with part numbers and say its for a Montero, a Mitsubishi dealer should be helpful.
If you say you have a Delica, Mitsubishi dealers will not help.
Most of the readily replaceable/consumable parts are listed on the WikiPages of this forum - you should be able to get those at most parts dealers. As for the transmission kit: what do you mean? Do you want to flush the transmission?
Check with Green1 (he lives in AB). You're out there on the hairy edge of Delica country - any further east and you'd really be on your own. Keep checking here for help/support, for there is lots of it. I didn't mean anything with my comments/questions earlier other than to determine which vehicle you have.
