a/c + condensation = wet passenger foot well?

Hi,
We've had wet passenger foot wells ... at first thought it was bad seals letting in rain, as described here at length. But then I noticed after drying out that the darn thing was wet again, despite no rain. Wondering if the a/c (which we've been blasting the heck out of lately) could be the culprit, after noticing that a good bit of the system sits right underneath that spot.

Look for the drain for the evaporator. It might be disconnected or plugged.

some people have reported the wet footwells being caused by the A/C, as was mentioned already, check that the drain hose isn't blocked, and is connected where it's supposed to be.

I wish every problem was so simple to solve :). Just like you said, the drain hose wasn't connected. Glad to know that it's there now!
