Squealing steering

Hi Everyone.

I just returned from an incredible trip up a deactivated logging road in the Chilcotin to an elevation of 6100ft.
My challenge is this...I noticed a squealing sound from the front end when turning the front wheels, even at idle.
Anyone have an idea of what this may be?

Cheers,

Joe

Couple of things.

1. power steering pump low fluid and/or belt loose

2. worn suspension components (check sway bar bushings / ball joints / tie rods ,etc...)

Checked fluid; it is good and there does not appear to be any play with the suspension.
Could someone tell me where the power steering pump is located and/or send me a pic
so that I may check the belt tension?

Thanks everyone,

Joe

Your power steering reserviuor is under your driver seat. also the power steering pump i alos under your deriver seat.
you an also check if the belt is loose or your idle is too low.
