It's time we had another Deli meet in the Calgary area. The date I've picked is Sunday 15 November. That should give people enough time to plan their schedule.

Date sounds good to me. Last year we did it on my wife's birthday and I didn't take her... And she still reminds me about this.

It'll be interesting to meet all the new owners.

I think it will be Sunday the 16th, as opposed to Sunday the 15th that I first proposed (I'm blonde too). You can bring all the friends/relatives/enemies you want. They can even come in their own vehicles, but 4x4 will be highly recommended (good ground clearance as a minimum). Of course is they get stuck, we'll either leave them to rot, or we'll have fun and do an extrication -- we might have to vote on it <grin>

Only a week and a half to go until the Calgary region Deli meet. I propose we meet, like the last time, at the Tim Horton's in Cochrane (not Canmore!) at 0900. Once everyone is there, we'll head off. Bring a picnic lunch and we'll have lunch somewhere out there in the boonies. Does anyone have time constraints? It will probably be a most-of-the-day run, getting back to Cochrane around 1600 (4 PM).

The Tim's is at the west end of town, a block south and west of the intersection of Hwy 22 and 1A.

If anyone needs more directions, PM or e-mail me and I'll send you some.

Reminder: if you have ham or FRS or CB radios, bring one/them.

Only time constraint is I have to be in Caroline Alberta before 2100hrs

And so far I am praying that I have a Delica back before the meet!

Only had my Van since Feb and would like to meet some of the other Delica owers around Calgary.
However need to be back in town for 2pm, would it be ok if I just (maybe) try and meet you all for coffee at the Tim's in the morning?
You guys are in for a good drive, I have been down that road to hike/camp at blackrock mtn many times.

BTW, everyone: last time, the Tim's had a huge lineup, so actually buying something there wasn't really an option. Might be the same thing this time.

Just a reminder that the Calgary area Deli meet is tomorrow (Sunday). Meet at the Tim Horton's in Cochrane at 0900, then we head off from there. Bring lunch.

I hope the Deli owners come out, I've had some cancellations, but not much in the way of confirmations!
