Since owning my first JDM back in 05, I was always attracted by the Delica's.
In the past 4 years I've been trying to source a camperized Delica with a Reimo pop top.
Apparently there's only 500 made on this planet and a few of them are in Canada.
Finally I've found one and it's on a boat heading over.
Will receive the works. WVO tank, lockers, hubs, big brakes, rack, westy interior.
I have to say I feel like a little kid waiting for christmas.
Only downside is that we'll have to sell Granola.
I'm stoked.

Oh man !!! That is great !! I was not even aware of these !! Too cool.
I want it. Well at least you don't have to worry about paint bubbles or non functioning crystal light shades !!

92 Chamonix low roof converted by german company Reimo. They did 500 of these Delica's. Some fully camperized inside and some like this weekender edition.
The westy interior can fit but I will probably make the cabinets/bed myself to suit us.

Yeah, wow! Pretty nice alright. I'm sure you'll have a blast doing the mechanical
and the interior refit. I'm looking forward to watching your posts - good going!

Neat thing is that the height difference between a stock high roof and a low roof with the reimo pop top is negligible. Although with the lift/tires getting underheight in the ferry is not going to happen.

Wow! That is a nice looking ride. Is that top specifically tailored for the Delica, or is it Westie re-badge? Green with envy.
Looking forward to your future posts regarding the refit - expect they will be very informative.
