Looking for '93 Delica Cylinder Head for watercooled turbo

Hi everybody,
I had recently posted my "disappointment" message about our Delica overheating and subsequently breaking down on the Coquihala...
It has since been towed back to Richmond where it is currently waiting for repair.
The Waterpump, the Radiator, the Thermostat, the Timing Belt as well as all the hoses need to be replaced - but - the big deal is: The cylinder head needs to be replaced as well - it actually has a few cracks on every cylinder dome - not good...
Now I have been waiting for the repair to proceed for roughly two weeks and am being told that it is super-difficult to find a new/replacement cylinder head as it is the 1993 which apparently has a watercooled turbo-charger. There seem to be plenty of heads for 1992-Delicas but next to none for 1993's with watercooled chargers.
They told me it could take up to a month to get one in from overseas...
Is this correct - or does anybody have any idea where one could get their hands onto one a bit faster than that?
Thanks a bunch for the update (as the warranty is running while the van is not...)
Cheers,
Chris
