So, after a quick trip to the car wash, Chalan and I took the Celica GT Four and Maynard the Delica out to a lookout overlooking Kal Lake here in Vernon to take some photos of our JDM cars together. I kind of liked how the photos turned out and hope you guys and gals do to.

Soon we'll take Maynard on some local forestry roads, with muddy pics to follow :)

We have only had our Delica for a week and bit and haven't had it offroad...yet. I'll be sure to add dirty Deli pictures in the not too distant future :-D

The GT Four I keep pretty clean all the time. Although it is all wheel drive, I don't take the car off road. I'll save the backroads exploration for the Delica. :M

Nice pair! Wanna see some celica off road?

This video has some real awesome historical footages of celica doing the safari rallies.

That video looks like my Celica on the way to the office...okay, maybe not. Sorry sasquatch-hunter, but that gravel pull out is about as much off road as my GT Four sees. If it wasn't so rare or was more of a beater, then I'd rip up some forestry roads in it. I used to take my '89 Toyota Corolla GTS up to some local logging roads with heavy downhill bikes on the roof rack. Thanks for posting that great GT Four rally clip. Can't get enough of that stuff!

Will off road photos of the Delica do?

Hi TM2!

That Celica was a WRC car, meaning don't worry about anything breaking, just win. Certainly, if I have a GT4, I won't drive like that. That's why I have a play station 3.

cheers,
Seb

I save my rally driving for my PS2 as well...much cheaper doing it that way :-) I have done an all wheel drive drift in a snowy parking lot at work one time (I normally park my car for winter, but we had a freak snow storm).

Very nice, what spec are the tires, 30x9.5?

Biketrials or mototrials? I ride biketrials myself on an Adamant A1 :)

Bike trials... I have a Norco Team Trials stock trials bike and a Devinci PG-13 mod bike. The "trials master" is a bit of a joke, since I only dabble in trials and I'm not all that good at it :)

The tires are BF Goodrich All Terrain 235 75R15 which works out to about 29" O.D., if I recall correctly.
