No rear heat or air after tranny repair

The Jammy Dodger was in the possession of our dealer for three and a half weeks to get warranty work done on the transmission. However, when it came back, we found out a couple of days later that our rear heat and air conditioning no longer works. It worked fine when we brought it in. I'm still waiting to hear a response from Japanoid, but in the meantime I thought I would throw the question out to you all:

What the heck happened?

When we got the delica back, I noticed that the clock was out by hours and the stereo had reset itself to demo mode, which would indicate they were disconnected from power. Is that normal for transmission work? Is there any reason why transmission work would mess with the heat / air system?

Inquiring minds want to know.

It is normal to disconnect the battery for vehicle maintenance, which would reset your stereo and clock. I have no idea on your rear heat and ac but have you checked your fuses?

No I haven't. I'll have to do that. Where are they located?

Check the wiki for the fuse layout. They are located below the steering column, tucked up under the dash and there are also fuses behind the glove box.

they might have disconnected the wiring harness for the rear fan when removing the tranny, seems like it might be in the same area

you dont need to disconnect the wiring of the rear ac & rear heater of your delica when they do.
we change the tranny of the delica without touching the wiring for the rear ac & heater colum located in under beside the tranny.
try to see maybe they blow the fuse in the battery. they ahve fuse there & also in the fuse box under the steering column
hope this help:

I checked, and the fuse under the steering column is fine. Where are these other battery fuses you speak of?

There is a set of three fuses in behind the glove box. You have to remove five screws to take out the glove box. I believe those three fuses are associated with the A/C system.
