I'd like to change my email address from my yahoo account (don't use it anymore) to a web.de (German) account but I get the error message: "The e-mail address you entered is not allowed to be used."

Do you have any restrictions for other than .com email addresses?

It may be that that email website has been used in the past to conduct spam attacks against this site, that's all I can think of, but I have no inside knowledge.

fexlboi -- can you please PM me the e-mail address that you wish to use, and I will "whitelist" it for you.

There are certain e-mail extensions that are disallowed, due to previous spam issues. However I can deal with these requests on a one-off basis.
