Pretty hard for my brain to decipher that at the moment, perhaps I can help you figure it out if you tell me what it is connecting to and / or some more info about the component being connected.

the component is the "brain" of my wvo kit. when the key is turned it turns the brain on. seems simple. heres the diagram, look by the key.

Probably wants the "engine on" circuit then... Dunno if that comes near the battery compartment or not, but you can access it near the steering column or in the center console feeding the power window switches.

They worded it kind of funny. It looks like they meant to say "12v in run and in start" meaning when you turn the key on, it is 12v, when you go to crank, it should still be 12v and not drop out (like your accessory circuit does).

Why not ask the people who sold you the kit?
Our Delicas have a lot of oomph in their batteries and guessing wrong could have unfortunate consequences. Besides, you shouldn't have to guess.

center console is close enough, ill check those wires out there.
i did however notice a white plug with a whole bunch of wires inside the battery compartment, on the outside wall of the van. ill have to look around to see what those wires are...

i have asked, but its slow communicating with the guy. he lives in bulgaria and internet is expensive there. i call his cell and he goes to the phone-eteria when its AM my time, but he usually misses me.

i looked though some notes i took from a phone conversation, and sure enough, the answer to my question was there...and its what we thought, powered when key is on. i found the blue wire in the centre console and powered it from there. thanks for the tip on that!
