Kirkham Auto in Calgary and Block Heaters

Just an update on installing a block heater in Calgary.
I called ProActive Auto in the NE and they wanted to install a lower rad hose heater. I asked about installing the brass block heater I purchased from Napa ($40) and they didn't know how/where to install it. No big deal.
So I decided to call Kirkham Auto in South Calgary after they were suggested by a member here - they knew exactly where/how to install the block heater and finished in one morning ($220).
And here's the kicker.....I drove home from Kirkham, a long 45 minute drive, got home to find a message from Brent at Kirkham - I had left my chip encoded VISA in their machine. He said he would drop it off at my house on his way home!!??
