yeah, that big muddy pool of ruts is about as ecologically sound as an oil tanker fire.
Bruce taught me well. Although I had done that same spot with him and didn't into nearly as much trouble with that lean.
But I got out, pressure washed a bunch of mud out of places I scraped up.
Its too bad that whole thing is just a man made dyke, it means the mud isn't really like mud, it doesn't stick as well.

I agree with Kuan, it's not fair to randomly drive through protected mud puddles without first doing an complete environmental assessment.

looks good... and like a lot of fun! I had a bit of mud the last 2 days myself, but not nearly as much as you, and I forgot my camera :(
you've got a sliding door on both sides! i didn't know delicas came that way.
Although that particular Delica doesn't have the dual sliding doors, they DO actually come that way... pretty much every one of the left hand drive ones I've seen pictures of have the dual sliding doors, mainly Delicas that were built for the European rather than Japanese markets, I'd love to have the dual sliding doors, but those units don't tend to have all the "toys" associated with the Japanese vehicles...

thanks guys...
Guess I'm just not the $17 000 luxury deli type. I'll spend the 9 grand I saved on repairs and lifts.

I heard yours is spotless. I have enough trouble keeping myself clean, let alone a ride I have out in the rain and mud all the time. Can't wait to see yours at the meet, I'll bring some wetnaps.
You'll be the one laughing when I have mine spray bombed black because it was rusting too much...
