That last clip kinda reminded me of some of the sorties that the Mitsushi & the Miss Lil' Bitchi went on, accept our injectors at a little cleaner.

Wicked! But I'm still going to back a winner: Mitsubishi Pajero has won the Dakar 7 times straight, but I do like the Austrian Pinzgauers too (mostly cause they're cool looking0>

BTW, the Bucher Duro that was in another clip from the ones you included Profister - S W E E T ! It obviously has torque tubes - wish the StarWagon did. jfarsang, how about torque tubes? Putting some in the camper?

Here is a video of the latest Pajero Evo:

Finally, they made the Pajero Evo looking like a CRX (except the tube frame).

cheers,

I noticed the LED headlights, and even the dashboard was carbon-fibre! Talk about weight savings!

They might have called it a Lancer, but I doubt there is a single part in common. I really like the semi-gullwing doors.

Wishing a speedy 2 wheeled recovery to our Van Isle hero Don Hatton who bought the farm on is motorcycle on day 4. Even bumps can seem like mountains at 100 mph!

Next year is your year, Don!

Not aware that he's a Delica guy but he's the "home town dude" in the wildest race on earth.

Always been my fave race - family rally genes run strong....

Sorry, Vladimir Chagin, The Russian KAMAZ-Master truck racing team, 'The Tsar of Dakar' is leading again: http://02varvara.wordpress.com/2009/01/ ... tor-rally/
Quote: On Sunday the Russian crews came second and fifth in the race from the cities of Valparaiso and La Serena in Chile. Netherland's Gerard de Roy on his Ginaf truck was first. However, Kabirov, and Chagin are taking the two leading positions in overall standings.
