Hello everyody,
I would like to greet all of you and introduce myself !
Recently I became a happy owner of a 2,5 td L300 4x4 van, inspired by vans I saw on my road trip in Greece. Here in Poland this vehicle is most uncommon - we only get the 2WD versions. I also own a racing Suzuki Samurai and have been offroading for many years now.
I think the forum is great, and I love your DeliCA logo ;)
here are some pics of my van :

Czesc Albert, welcome to Delica.ca.
Nice ride you have, is it Manual Transmission or Automatic Transmission? Do you go camping in you van?
Look forward to hearing more about you.
Falco.

Welcome to our club Albert.
Very interesting to see different versions of the Delica! Might be able to see your Delica in person as I'll be traveling to Poland for a few months this summer... I'll bring a Club sticker

for you in case we can meet! Keep in touch!
David

Welcome! Interesting to see an L-300 with no bash bars. Looks sleeker. I like the colour too. And I see the sliding door is on the right side of the bus - does it have one on both sides or is it a left-hand-drive?

Hey guys, thanks for warm welcome

we also get decent winters here, two days ago it was -27C . Van started with no problem. It also has a heater under the middle row of seats.
My Delica is a manual transmission, sliding doors on both sides, 8 seater. I am planning to turn it into a light campervan, and have to say a lot of inspiration has been fund in the Delica Modifications sections .
My idea of having a campervan was created in the summer of 2008 when my sister and her boyfriend went on a European roadtrip in a blue/white VW Transporter Westfalia, 1974. I went to Greece to meet them and I love the idea of a campervan since then. I saw a lot of 4x4 L300's there and when I came back to Poland I found one in a decent shape and price. It has only 90000 km done as it has a funny story to it - someone bought it in Germany, but changed the VIN illegaly and the vehicle was confiscated by customs. After at least 10 years of standing in a warehouse it was sold on an auction to a car company and I bought it from them. So it is in very good condition. I love the van and drive it around town too, I was thinking about buing/making a front grille and long sidesteps , and perhaps better underbody plates. It is almost impossible to find any accessories for this van here in Europe, I hope to find some good locations in Canada or US.
Delicat, make sure to contact me when in Poland ! If you need any hints or sugestions feel free to contact me. And the sticker will make me very happy
