Ok so I might get the ball rolling on this. I purchased a Deli L300 in Manchester a year ago for dirt. With the price of fuel and most brits driving new 50mpg cars, Sweet L300 and L400s are selling for around 4000-5000 cdn. A very unforgettable road trip of Europe in a Deli, turned into a job and nicelife here for now. However I hope to be back home to Canada soon down the road.... Does anyody know some brokerage and customs firms on the East Coast .... HALIFAX has the closest Ro Ro port
I am guessing that I would go through the same process as anyone bringing it over from Japan. Reading the post about importing from Australia there was mention about L300s having some mods. As far as I know, UK deli have a rear RED fog light installed.
Anyways maybe some from the UK Deli site might have some good ideas regarding shipping ect.
Check out www.autotrader.co.uk and search the Delica under "Cars" not vans.
