Ask Mardy at Amazing Auto Imports. Last time I was there he still had 2... Glen at CCautos is a good source as well.

If your looking for an actual ladder rack for your van, I can make one for you, all aluminium, can be as bare and simple as just carry one or two ladders, or have some extras put on it.
