Anyone know the torque specs for the injectors? I'm going to need them when I put in the WVO injectors tomorrow during my conversion.

I found this on a pajero site
Always replace the nozzle tip gasket, Tighten the injector holder to 5.0 - 6.0 kgm (36 - 43 ft.lb)
Refit the return pipe with new gaskets and fit the nuts. Counterhold the hexagon of the connectors and tighten the nuts to 3.0 - 4.0 kgm (22 - 29 ft lb ) Refit the fuel return hose and bleed the system.
does that sound right?

If you go to the "Delica Canada Technical" forum/ Delica Wiki/ Look for the Delica_Engine_Manual.pdf (I downloaded it), then look on page 11A-1-6 and you will find Torque Specs.
Falco.
P.S.: Look for "Service Manuals and Technical Downloads". There is lots of information there, including "Fuel Injection Systems.pdf.

I had looked there, hadn't seen the specs for the actual injectors, I might have missed it though, I went with the ones from the pajero site.
WVO install is going to be a 2 weekend thing it looks like, digging around in other people's tools trying find the stuff you need is time consuming. I got the new injectors in (one didn't want to come out and need heat and a long bar to get it out) and the new glow plugs in. hopefully the rest can get done next weekend, the filter is mostly assembled now too.
