ICBC rates for RHD Delica

I am in Alaska but am considering buying a Delica in BC and keeping it there.
Finding out about costs for registration and insuring with ICBC seems about
as easy as putting an elephant thru a needle's eye. Can anyone pass along
basic rates for registering and insuring a Delica? My driving record is perfect.
Think rates are higher for non-residents?

I could if I wasn't too damn lazy to use the search function as I know there are a couple posts about this already, might even still be on the main page, not sure, I'm just too lazy to look for myself.

a) ICBC won't insure an american living in america with a canadian vehicle (where vehicle is in America) unless you have a RI import it, which won't happen with a 15 year old Delica

b) you won't be able to import a 92 Delica until 2017

* c) If you're a non-resident, you can drive in B.C. for up to six months if you hold a valid driver's licence from another province, state or country.

* d) if you are residing inside BC temporarily, you can buy and insure a vehicle with proof of identification/license/permanent address within BC.

* These are from ICBC directly.
