Oh, sure.. that's the.... uh... '89 Super Exceeded. You can tell by the way the sliding door meets up with the wheel arches
. How does it open? I suspect that they took a couple of Delica parts and sewed it onto ..... something else..... It's Alive! It's Alive!

Jeez, and I was just trying to think of a suitable donor chassis and the Russian's beat me to it. Maybe a duece and a half chassis would work, instead of 20 mpg I'd get 20 gpm.

The chain footsteps are genius.

the rear slider must have been converted to a swing out or something, the fender is way too big and way too close, but the chain step for it indicates that it is used.

That's what it is.
The only thing Delica on there is the top shell.

One thing I have noticed is the lack of "dips" in the front door windows. I don't believe I have ever seen a Delica with out these, not that I have seen all Delicas. Could it be another van with an old Delica tailgate handle on it?
But you gotta wonder what's in the vodka these Ruskis are drinking to come up with ideas like this.

I believe the 1980s delicas didn't have the dips
This claims to be a 1987, I think the year might be wrong, but it's a delica alright, and I think it matches this russian beast pretty well.

Half Unimog, half Delica... how could you go wrong?
I love it!

It's a "Delimog", 'cause "Unica" wouldn't be something you'd want.
