Saw that some on the site said the warning light can come on when the brake fluid is low. Just had my brakes done and was wondering if the resavoir is the one up behind the panel by the sterring wheel?

yep, when you open your door,look at the front corner of the dash and theres a little piece of the panel that can be pulled out.
