Hidden Hitch in Burnanby??

Post by nvanadm »

I met a guy at CVI a few months ago that said there is someone in Burnaby who makes a hidden hitch specific to the Delica.

Does anyone know the name of the guy or shop?

Thanks!

the only place that I know in burnaby is E and H hitch, you will find it with a search. that is where I got my hitch. If I recall , it was 575$ more or less for mine( and I garanty the van will fall apart before the hitch does). hope this help. Pierre

The name E&H kind of sounds fimilair, but I thought it was supposed to be around $350.

its about around 375 to 425 + tax., they do good job. but make sure ask them to take out the negative wire on your battery before they do weld so your ecu computer wont have any problem. pls mention this nbefore you give tho them. i already told them about this issue but in case remind them again pls.

That what I got , and it is rock solid. Mine was a bit cheaper because I got a 4 pin electric plug instread!

Sorry, it did quote the way I wanted it to. This is from Schwa!

Just got my van back from E&H hitch shop, cost was quite high, but it's extra beefy with a 6 Pole connector and the only thing they had to remove was the bumper: sway bars and spare tire are still functional.

Thanks guys...

Mardy, thanks for the advice. Do you know anyone who will do a hitch? I'd rather do it through you. I need to drop my van off for you on Monday to have my windshild resealed, and a few keys cut, but i'll give you a call tomorrow.

Pedro, that link for the pics doesn't work and I'd like to see some...do you have any?

Thanks,
Adam

Thanks again pedro. I searched and found that thread among others and found what I was looking for. I guess I only need a class II as it will only be used for a bike rack...no towing.

Thanks,
Adam
