Some people might have missed the pictures we took out of our Easter weekend camping so I'm just reposting the link. I'm just hoping that seeing the pictures and videos will give the camping itch to some of you and that we'll have you on our next outing.

Hi Dave,
Delicat has 31 inch tires. I forget the brand, very aggresive, to go with his lifted shackle kit, and he got bigger & wider tire rims too. He'll probably reply soon, he's a bit busy right now. Dave, you can click on his profile, then go through his posts, he probably posted the info online. His deli was the snow clearing machine for our camping trip last weekend, he stomped down the snow piles on the roadside so we could access campsites.

Sounds like you had a great weekend as well! Really nice pictures.
These are Firestone Destination Mud tires, 31x10.5r15 on 15x7" rims. They work great for offroad and are not too noisy on the hwy but slow you down quite a bit going up-hills. They also lower your rpm on the hwy which is nice.

If it involves a lift kit though, then it might cause an issue as mods like that have to be checked and certified over here, which means more $$$ and some possible headaches if you get a picky inspector!

shouldn't need a lift for 31s just a bit of trimming, and removing the front "steps" if you have them. I have the same size in the BFG a/t and I didn't need to lift it.

Might not need a lift but you'll need to re-index your torsion bars... and trim, like loki said. The rear fit easy, the front are the tricker ones but lots of fun after...

And I'm not sure but I would think that 31 a/t would be smaller than 31 m/t, that's what I've observed anyway.

So by trimming, do you mean the bumper (seem to think I've seen something on here about trimming the bumper) or does it involve bodywork too? I'll go have a search and see what I can find.

Slowing me down on the hills might be a bit of an issue though. There are so many of them in this country!
