Umm... What does it mean when you are leaking power steering fluid from inner tie rod boot? Seals shot...? New Rack?

it means keep an eye on your fluid level and top up as required !!

Geez I make me laugh... sorry!

Yeah... Other the past week I have replaced over a L of fluid so that's really not an option. I assume one of the seal (don't know the technical name for it) is gone. Can you get the rack rebuilt or do you have to replace with new?
