Curtain gliders

I think I have found some gliders for the curtains. They fit into the track and are very similar in shape. They are a slightly smaller diameter than the originals, my only concern is when the curtains are attached eventually they may pull through after they wear. I'll post a picture in a while - now to work on getting some curtains made :)

I got the gliders at Arlene's curtains which is on Holdum in Burnaby (east of willingdon), just south of Louheed Hwy.

cheers Peter

Does anyone on the boards have electric curtains?
I'd like to see some pictures to see how they work.

They use electricity...

I'm such a cheeky monkey. :-)

Okay, I saw one once, and it looked like a push/pull track arrangement. It would be best if someone could post a picture of it (little difficult to describe).

well when you put it like that it makes sense! haha

I'm just curious to see how the engineered it, I'm guessing it's similiar to the way they did the crystal lite shades?

As the general consensus appears to be that I do not know what I'm talking about, and cause more harm than good, I am removing this post so that others are not tricked in to following my ill-advised instructions.
