I am planning my to convert an HDJ81 landcruiser
I would have a two tank system. Do you think i would need
one or two hydraforce valves?

i just found out that the return line is not looped its just simply put back to the tank.
which means i need two hydraforce valves

A Cruiser is no different than a Delica WVO install, though you have more room available to install filters and valve.
One Valve would work if you didn't have individaul return for each fuel; the single valve would switch between diesel and WVO, and the IP return would be a single route which if left in the stock position will slowly contaminate your diesel tank with WVO.

I would recommend two, simply so that you do not have any WVO draining back into your diesel tank. Having two valves allows you to purge WVO to your WVO tank and diesel to your diesel tank. Its not very complicated to set up, but more expensive. Check Princess auto in the Hydraulics section for a slightly cheaper option to the Plantdrive valves. I used the Plantdrive valves and the switch they provide. Its worked out great for me... Good luck..

I agree with Manitoba Delica, go with the two values if you can afford it. I went with a cheaper single 6-port valve which returns WVO to my diesel tank whenever I switch back to diesel. Not a huge deal in warmer climates with a topped up tank, but when it gets cold and the diesel tank gets low you'll have hard cold starts.
P.S. A block heater is a great add-on for WVO vehicles. I had to use it just a few nights ago when I forgot to switch over and let the engine cool for 6 hours. After killing the batteries trying to cold start I plugged in the heater for 45 minutes while charging the batteries and it turned over immediately.
