Hi,
I am about to service the Diff and transfer case. I don't have a manual and cannot understand the sticker under the hood.
Which oil should i use for the front/rear diff and transfer case?
I am located in Ontario so we do get a bit of cold weather.
thanks,
Ryan

Re: Transfer case and diff oil
Hey Ryan,
I was instructed by the CVI guys to use Penzoil (I used Napa) Premium 80W-90 - its good for both LSD and non LSD rear diffs and transfer case. They come in 900ml bottles which is too little to fill the entire rear diff and transfer case, so I ended up buying 3 bottles and have about half of one left over....
No problems so far.
