Do all the washer fluid reservoirs slide out? Mine is pretty stuck.
Or do I just fill it from where it stands?

It slides out. You do have to slide it aft fairly hard. Now,i think i read somewhere that There is a screw but usually it is long gone on most vans.............maybe i have hit the pipe too hard...... 8-)

Mine was pretty stuck as well.

maybe somebody else can shed some light before he breaks something. lol's

cheers

When I first tried to slide mine out I noticed a screw that I though needed to be removed.
On further inspection that screw wasn't attached to the reservoir.
I really had to pull hard towards me for it to come out.
Now it is allot easier to remove after that first time.

Mine wouldn't budge, so I bought a turkey baster and fill it that way. Anything that is that reticent to move is probably best left that way...

THe trick in mine seemed to be in the 'grip' you use to leverage it off. I found that I place my four fingers of the right hand behind the curve at the bottom. Then I place my thumb against the firewall cowling that is just above that spot. Now if have the advantage of opposing force that gives me a fair bit of strength and allows me to apply just the right amount of pressure to work it out without snapping or breaking something. If that's hard to follow I can always get my camera out and snap a pic for you.

The screw I thought I had to remove when sliding out my resevoir was actually the retaining screw for the impellor housing (pump). I realized it was the wrong screw after my carpet started changing color. I then pulled hard, after consulting the forum again, and it came out. Now it slides nicely.

The screws (there are two) hold the pump in place - don't undo them or your washer fluid will piddle all over the carpet like a nervous puppy.

After removing it a couple of times, it should move more freely. Just think, it's probably been sitting in place for a couple of years, so it's good and shtuck! by now. As the other poster typed, leverage your fingers against the foot well.

A little bit of vaseline on the slides should keep it from re-shtucking. It latches in place, don't worry about it sliding out on its own after you fill it.
