Hey everybody,

I will be out of town quite a bit over the next couple of weeks - and I haven't been to any meets for a while.

So in terms of trying to plan ahead a bit I was wondering if anybody would be interested in a mini-meet (doesn't have to be mini though) on the North Shore in the evening of Wednesday, Sept. 23rd...

Canadian Tire Parking Lot? Somewhere on Lonsdale? Or maybe Burnaby - McDonalds on Boundary or so?

I have just learned today (during breakfast) that my lovely wife and son may need the Delica all of next week as they will be making a trip up to the cariboo to visit my wife's family (and obviously she wants to travel in style... i.e. with the Deli)...

There are still some negotiations underway as I will definitively be here in Vancouver for the 23rd and I am definitively intending to make the Delica Mini-Meet at CT in North Van. Depending on the outcome of these negotiations I will either be able to come to the meet with our Deli... or... I will have to come on foot, by bike... or worst option... with my company car...

Sorry about that... it's kind of bad to call for a meet... and then not to have the car needed for the meet...

If you guys wanna call it off and reschedule, that's of course ok... but if you still want to meet, I can definitively come down.... just maybe not with the Delica...

I'll check back on the forum to see if anybody is still interested...

My first attempt to attend a Delica meet. Still on the sidelines but hoping to trade my workhorse Toyota wagon for a Delica sooner rather than later. A fun meet might help sway the wife

I think Brazza on Lonsdale sounds like a good idea... if it's a mild night I'd definitively go for some ice-cream... (maybe even if it's not so mild...

Since I'll be walking up Lonsdale (with the Delica being in 100 Mile House) I'll earn the calories ...

I can't make this one...mostly because I now live in Ontario.

Wish I could be there! Talking about N.Van and Lonsdale makes me want to be there so bad.
