Driving back to Vancouver, wanna meet on the way?

Hi guys~!

I started my way back to Vancouver from Montreal and just thought if anyone wanted to meet along the way that'd be great. I'm in Regina this morning and I'm considering hitting the Crows Nest instead of Roger's Pass.

So far the trip has been great and Mitsushi is running awesome. Just logged on over 10 000km on wvo with absolutely no problem, averaging under 10L/100k at +105km/h. Since leaving from Vancouver, driving across Canada and coming back if it wasn't for the one time I forgot to switch back on veggie I think I'd still have about 3/4 tank of diesel left in my tank for the entire trip. Right now after 3500km the needle still touches F. :-D

I've been lucky meeting nice people that supplied me with oil for my return, loving it.

I also added some new mods to the van that are coming really handy on this trip, details and pic. once I make it back home.

Camping anyone?
Cheers,
David

Hey David...if you decide to keep on the Roger's Pass route, then please let me know? Missed you last time you were in Revelstoke. Our house has an extra room if you need to crash...!

Congrats on the journey, and have a safe ride home!

Chris

We are not on your way but on the end of your journey :) Let's do some weekend camping before you hit Vancouver! When do you think you are near the west coast?

I'm in Medecine Hat right now, ended up being a slow day with that stupidly strong prairie head wind. I have no idea how the prairie Delica people do, that would drive me crazy! I ended up fishtailing a big rig and even then it wasn't easy. I let my pyro drive me so often it feels fine but the EGT crawls up and I end up slowing down, at time to 80km/h!

I'll probably be back along the coast on Wed. or Thur. depending how much camping I end up doing in BC but I'll let you know. Not sure my wife will let me out again after all that time away!!!

And Tait, thanks for the offer which I'll keep in mind. Tomorrow morning is decision day, the fork is just outside this town...

Cheers,
