Hi all!
Winter is coming rapidly and my chassis were so rusty. I were planning this action for a long time but i had no time/money/time and time again.
Finally we found time to do this with my friends. We had only one day for two car. For my Deli and for my friend's Nissan Sunny...

...we are so JDM
I think it is better to do it myself cos nobody love my van as i. Well, let's start...

1, The first moment: clear the chasis, remowe as many rust as you can, furbish it, and rough it.

2, Secondly we blow the dust out with high pressure
3, We covered the chassis with special diluent. That was important cos it were cleared away the rest of the dust and rust while it were evaporated.

4, Forth, to play it safe i covered much of my van.

5, Let's paint it, with spec undercoating material.

We start at 6:00 and finished at 22:00. It was hard but worth it i think.
Result:

/Check the stock sticker on the diff
/
It's not 100% but that was so necessary. The next step will be the exhaust sys.
Jep, sorry for the 2 Mpix nokia quality.
