Camperizing; the early days...

I don't need a full on camper as I have a motorhome, but I do want to be able to "weekend" (with company) in my Deli.
So, here's the start...
The bed is made with good-no-side, leftover, used 3/4 plywood and cushions leftover from my last van. But the paint is new.
The battery is a Gel as recommended by Polar and a 1000 watt inverter. The battery hold down is still in the design phase as is the "slide out kitchen".

You want to see a wicked slide-out kitchen then I suggest looking at Delicat's arrangement. Perhaps it will give you ideas for your own needs.

Nope, just an extension of the rearmost heater outlet.

Funny lighting I guess. I took those pix during the milliseconds of sun yesterday. The paint is actually grey, but lighter than the gray of the interior...
The battery is a 70 AH

Ya, I've seen that pic before and it has given me ideas. I think I will camp in it with what I have so far before making any more sawdust. It is my hope to have a stove, sink/water supply, cupboards that can be used in a closed van (maybe not the stove), or slid out the back for use under the tailgate, or removed completely.
Thanx to all for your comments
