Sounds and feels strange (noise and vibration)

Started a couple of days ago... and continues...
My Delica started sounding like a Harley Davidson (which might not be too bad...

yet I would love to know the reason). The noise is lower, with a bit more vibration to it, and especially when I accelerate. I think it is coming from the rear right side (muffler?), and definitely does not feel "normal." Throws more blue/black smoke on climbs too...
What might be any possible causes of it?
Thanks,
Simon

HI Simon:
Are you having any loss of power or rough shaking idle with these symptoms? Perhaps one cylinder is misfiring, which could
have many causes.

Andy,
No, I don't think it is that bad. Hints of shaking, and a hint slower climbing, but not overly strong.
