I'm looking for a diesel shop that cleans fuel injectors. I'd like to get them pulled and sonic cleaned. Anyone know of a place that does this? I'm in Squamish, but Vancouver area would be fine. Also, has anyone had this done or know the approximate cost?

Get a Delica Tune @ CVI. For around $ 300 they sonically clean the injectors, adjust the valves and check the timing plus take a look around for other areas you should take care of. Great value, your van will run like a new vehicle.

IMHO Don't go to West Coast Fuel Injection & Turbo Ltd...

I don't know the specifics so take it how you want, but they charged a friend of mine a hair over 1600 to have his Hilux injectors rebuilt. I am not an expert nor do I know if that is the norm for a hilux, but that seems bloody ridiculous. Not to mention he didn't get a phone call or anything to tell him that there will be another blind 600 dollar fee for whatever reason. I still bought fuel conditioner from the guy... two stroke (snake) oil.

300 sounds much much more reasonable. Im sure someone will chime in if Im out of line..

I got my Northstar injectors cleaned at North West Fuel Injection Service LTD: http://www.nwfuel.ca/ They rebuild TDI injection pumps too. If you know how to do stuff yourself, they'll sell you just the parts too.
