Air filter and gas struts

Hi all-
The K&N number on the parts list does not work in my van. It fits, but the stock filter has a closed end and seals around the middle of the airbox, while the K&N seals on each end.
Does anyone have a better part number?
Second, I am looking to replace my gas struts on the rear door. Any advice appreciated.
Thanks,
Jay.

I had the same issue with the air filter, i had to make a top and bottom plate to make it work, you can do it, but some mods need to be made, I honestly dont think the model number should be listed as its not a good fit and allows to much unfiltered air into the turbo... I did post about it, but it gets bumped down fast...

Re: rear door gas struts, Mardy was selling some a while back but I think they were for an L300.
The other alternative is Strut-Wise in Surrey:
Frank Irvine 604 589-1200 or 1 888 589-1208
http://www.strutwise.com - 14468 - 88 Avenue, Surrey in the lane south of 88.
Excellent work re-gassing them like new and 1-2 day turnaround. He was charging about $120/pair for delica.ca members when I got mine done last March. My door still stays up full height with a ladder on.

I am dropping mine of tomorrow. Should be a nice improvement over the droopy head smasher.
