Manual Hubs

Does anyone know the part number for manual locking hubs for the L400? Or where to get them in Vancouver?
1988-1998 / 28-spline Montero Superwinch hub part # 400543 is compatible however it's been discontinued.
If you look around, there's still some new/used one's. Mostly online.
