Just curious to know exactly what is the problem that the ministry has with the headlights that came stock with the Delica?

The beam pattern when dipped is bias to the left not to the right as required in North America

also no e-mark code on the lenses as required by ministry of transportation here in BC. also the beam pattern is different as glen said
