Looking for transmission mount for 1991 Delica L300

please contact me if you have one in good condition

Not sure if you found one.

But I have fixed a few engine mounts using Windshield urethane in the past

Not sure what the mount looks like as it is dark and rainy out right now.

The Deli's are pretty much the same thing. Would be cheaper than new ones with the same end result for about 1/40th the price.

The rough ride you're experiencing now will only be worsened if you 're-build' your transmission mount into a solid one. Proper engine and transmission mounts will make all the difference in your ride, and considering it took nearly 20 years for the first one to wear out, it's really worth it to get it replaced with a proper one. Rocky Mountain Imports has them for a reasonable price.
