Action Fuel Injection
2219A McGarrigle Road,
Nanaimo, BC
V9S 4M4
(250) 758-3221
There should should be some diesel place down
in your neck of the woods too.
If you pull your injectors yourself, you will save considerably.
Right ON!

pretty sure there is a new place south island as good as action, my Dad's company (Vector Yachts) always sent to action but I thought I remember him mentioning a place closer as good and cheaper, you could call Vector and ask where they send their injectors for rebuild/cleaning.

The only service we offer is to remove and replace the injectors. I prefer to send out the injectors to the specialists (Action Injection) who rebuild the injectors and test spray patterns. The injectors only cost $85 each fully rebuilt with a 12mth warranty, why waste the money just cleaning them ?? Injectors rarely have many problems in these vans, normally the symptoms are due to another cause but occasionally we have found injectors that have been overheated and the tips are quite burnt. Cleaning injectors does not deal with burnt tips or recalibrating. Also be very careful to insure the shop that removes and replaces the injectors uses new heat shields every time as this seal is a one time use seal (crush style) and should be replaced every time the injector is removed from the engine. We are seeing many vans coming into our shop that have not had the tip heat shield replaced and is is causing overheating of the injectors which in turn leads to replacing with refurbished injectors.
Do the job once and do it right !!! Rebuilt injectors and all new seals - job done.
