It's not a big deal but you are going to need to do a little minor surgery. The 9000s for the size (to the best of my knowledge) only come in loop adaptors. The rear axle adaptors on the L300 Delica are for pin adaptors. You have to cut the pin receivers off and weld on loop receivers in their place.
Here's a link to a related topic: http://www.delica.ca/forum/pro-comp-900 ... ght=shocks
I went and got it done at North Shore Off Road ~ really good guys. I might have a box kicking around somewhere, I'll see if I can find the part number.

Don't bother with cutting and welding.

http://www.delica.ca/forum/expedition-d ... 95-15.html

All you need is a pin to eye conversion by procomp. It's $25 for the pair including hardware.

This will allow you to use all eye to eye (most common) shock types including the Rancho's.

Do you need to buy shorter shocks if you use the converter hardware?

The pin to eye Procomp adaptor is 2" in height.

If you have a 2" lift installed, then the rear shocks will be stock length.

I use Rancho 9000s on the Miss Lil' Bitchi. I really like them. Not only do I have the shocks but I have a blue-tooth system so I can adjust them from the cockpit. The welding will cost more money up front ($80 if memory serves me well) but it will be one less thing to have to tighten up after miles of FSR. The blue-tooth system cost me more money, too, but having been caught in a nasty downpour whilst laying under the van in a sudden mud bath adjusting them or nearly becoming an hood ornament on a forty tonne ore truck whilst looking for a suitable place to pull over to crawl under the van to readjust the shocks.... I got to thinking. If I am on an FSR or off road then I will set my shocks very soft. If I am cruising down some highway I will set my shocks at a relative setting. If that highway becomes windy or windy... that is; twisty or blowing a gale cross wind then I will tighten them up. I like the control and I like the comfort. The great thing is I don't have to even stop my wagon to do it. I just adjust on the fly as the whim takes me :-D .

I also have a gel seat cushion that I purchased at London Drugs for thirty-eight bucks as an additional shock absorber. It's amazing what you can hear when you don't have the road (or no road) vibrating up your spine. Plus ~ after eight hours of driving highways ~ when you get out of the wagon you don't have to walk like John Wayne.

Falco.

P.S.: I haven't found the box yet but I know I have it ~ just a matter of time.
P.P.S.: I believe I paid $130.00 a piece for them. They are worth it in my opinion.

$130. per shock is average.

You can find the package deals online with the wireless system for about $250 less than buying from NSOR.

That's because online stores don't pay employees/rent/overhead.

If you want to save a few hundred on the same product, buy online.

If you want to support your local 4x4 shop, buy locally but you pay more.

I support small local shops as much as I can, but when the cost difference start hitting the three figure mark, then I usually go online.

Warranty is another issue. Depending on the local shop, they may deal with warranties well.
